1. Saline Breast Implants (Saline Implants)

A saline implant will collapse in the event of leakage.

Saline Breast Implants are firmer than its counterparts. The shapes may be round or contoured. Usually the exterior shell surface is smooth.

2. Cohesive Silicone Gel Implants (Silicone Implants)
Characteristics: Covered with an exterior silicone shell and filled with silicone gel inside.
When leakage happen: the gel may remain within the implant shell or may excape into the breast implant pocket. However, the gel inside would not run like water, it tends to stay together. In the event of leakage a silicone gel implant will not collapse.

Cohesive Silicone Gel Implants has a more natural softness. The shape usually is round for a fuller appearance. The exterior surface could be either textured or smooth.

3. Highly Cohesive Silicone Gel Implants ( Gummy Bear)
Characteristics: Covered with textured exterior silicone shell and filled with  high-cohesiveness type of a silicone gel. Its shape will always be teardrop so that implant rotation must be avoided to prevent giving the breast an unusual look.

When leakage happen: Actually the highly cohesive gel won't move out of the silicone exterior shell.

Highly Cohesive Silicone Gel Implants has a little bit firmer feel compared to the cohesive silicone gel implants. Its shape is formed into a teardrop appearance to have a more natural look. And its surface should be textured to make it adhere to the sourrounding tissue and will be prevented to turn around.

 Undergoing a rhinoplasty USING the PATIENT'S OWN CARTILAGE in a good surgeon's hands is usually a one off operation especially in a virgin nose. Although the cost is higher than the use of silicone implant but the over all risk-benefit-satisfaction rate justifies all the odds.

This patient had  2 unknown types of filler injected into her nose and subsequent multiple silicone rubber and base reduction surgeries from other surgeons , but all those attempts fell short of the desired results as shown on the before photos. Dr. Jaray Krainam performed corrective open rhinoplasty using 2 rib cartilages from her right chest for the nose implant and it did beautify not only her nose but her overall facial look as well.

 Before surgery this patient had crooked nose, impaired breathing, low nasal bridge and inadequate tip projection. Three weeks postoperatvely all the nasal problems were corrected favorably with an open rhinoplasty using the patient's own rib cartilage.

 Updating on the rib cartilage implant result on the nose after 2 months post-op, since this patient's skin is thick, therefore the nose will improve in shape over the lifetime.

WHAT IS BREAST AUGMENTATION?

Breast Augmentation.

Is a cosmetic surgical procedure utilizing implants for the purpose of intensifying the bulk of the breasts. Women may opt for this procedure for various reasons , such as to restore their breasts from sagging due to previous pregnancy and breastfeeding , shrinking breasts due to illness , or also could be due to sudden weight loss.

Usually silicone implants are used. But nowadays fats could also be taken as an implant however such practice is not yet widely observed.


Basic Steps

Initial Action

• Consulting with your trusted cosmetic professionals would be taken up first. The Surgery

• Incisional approach could be through UNDER THE BREAST/ON THE BREAST FOLDS. This would leave a small mark after the surgery, depending on the surgeon’s way of hiding scars. 
• Incisions could also be AROUND THE NIPPLE. In this case the incision mark could be very discreet. 
• Trans- Umbilical Incision Approach could also be possible using a fiber optic camera and usually if not only saline-silicone type implants are used in this.

• And the last common approach will be the ARMPIT INCISIONAL APPROACH. However, these would all depend on the patient and the surgeon’s decision and on the size of the implant.

The Healing Activities

Right after the surgery you will be brought to the recovery room to be monitored. Usually you will stay at the hospital overnight for close post-operation monitoring.

The operated breasts will be wrapped with the appropriate dressings. You will then be advised to wear support bra for the next few days of the healing process.

During the early part of the recovery period you may feel very tired and also feel the pain which would last for a few days. Numbness and tightness might be felt at the same time on the operative sight.

For 2-4 months swelling could be present but would be constantly diminishing.

You cannot take a shower until the incisions are completely closed. You may wash your hair but with the assistance of somebody for you need to avoid raising your arms during the early stages of the healing process.


Mindset

BREASTS ATTRACTION

Why do men are easily attracted to women with busty breasts?  

What is the mystery behind with these twins of predominantly adipose tissues hanging on a woman’s chest? What are the factors behind this phenomenon? 

Well, here are some facts that I gathered that could probably answer this historic question that’s lurking around for a quite a time.

Researchers have found out that men are attracted to women and vice-versa by way of genetic guidance.

Research shows that full finer breasts seem to represent fertility and fertility is what all humans consider attractive.

In choosing the right spouse our genes are helping us. We find healthy individuals attractive. Loftier breasts are signs of health and in most cases (I'm not stereotyping) smaller than normal breasts illustrate a sickly female and is less capable of having children and would directly point out that she is not suitable as a mate.

 Furthermore, men are attracted to feminine facial features: butt, sexy looking curves, clean and cute looking feet, firm arms and well-shaped breasts. All these parts of the body are directly related to Estrogen and are also directly related to a woman’s health. Unhealthy women produce less estrogen and therefore may not be able to produce children, and if however they can, the children are not healthy as well. Note: Ladies detected with cancer of the breast, in menopause, suffering with pre-menstrual syndrome, or with ovarian cysts should avoid foods rich in estrogen because it can exacerbate the symptoms. 

3. CLOTHING

You should be wearing a bra that perfectly fits your breasts. You may also wear padded or push-up bra. Furthermore, you can wear a dress that put emphasis on your breasts.

4. POSTURE

You should stand straight and look smart. Do not slouch and maintain a straight spine.

5. IMPLANTS
A lot are  having breast silicone implants nowadays. Silicone breast implants are abundantly available in the market. More and more cosmetic surgeons are now also capable of doing the surgery. Safe and successful operations have been enjoyed by many women.
